Haylee Bradley-Maples, Judge
Melinda Bumpus, Court Clerk
The Waverly Municipal Court provides a fair and impartial hearing for all citizens charged with a Municipal ordinance violation, traffic violation or certain state offenses within the boundaries of the City of Waverly.
Once you are issued a traffic citation, you will need to pay the citation before or on the date of court. Unless indicated on the citataion, you do not have to attend court unless you need to dispute the citation, and then you will need to appear before the judge. If you fail to appear in court on your assigned date located at the bottom of the traffic citation or fail to pay this citation on or before the scheduled date, the Tennessee Department of Safety will be notified to initiate suspension of your driver's license.
