The Department of Public Safety is currently updating its computer database on businesses located within the City of Waverly.  This information is kept on file in our office as well as the 911 Center so that we may contact you, or the appropriate person, in the event of an alarm or emergency that may arise at your business after hours.  We would appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete the form including any appropriate cell phone or pager numbers.

Should your information change, please let us know so that we can keep our records as current as possible.  You may mail or fax the form or drop it off at the Police Department.  You may also forward the information or any changes to me by email at grant@waverlypublicsafety.com.
